HydroNZ is an online-only retailer.  Our warehouse is in  Auckland and we ship throughout New Zealand. We aren’t set up to be able to handle pick-ups.  Please get in touch if you would like to discuss this option.

HydroNZ takes your privacy and security seriously.  Our shopping experience is fully encrypted and none of your card details are stored on our system.

All prices are in NZD and your card will be charged in NZD.  We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex).  Shipping costs will be calculated during checkout and will be clearly displayed before any card details are required.


HydroNZ ships throughout New Zealand using discrete packaging.  We ship Monday-Friday and most orders arrive within 5 business days — in the Auckland region, goods generally arrive in 2-3.

Refund & Returns Policy

If your goods are faulty or other than stated on our website, HydroNZ will give you a 30 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at info@hydronz.co.nz within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems. This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All return postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. For goods being returned, you assume any risk of loss, theft or damaged goods during transit; we therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. HydroNZ will not be responsible or parcels lost or damaged in return transit if you choose not to insure.
